NWYN – 10° and 12 photos of today’s faux-Spring
Every year I seem to write a post about the first day of faux-Spring… that day that first inspires us to shed our layers and get our faces into the sun, wearing our lighter coats and boots that aren’t caked in salt. People sit outside on benches and patios, dogs are prancing, and statuses and tweets are filled with delight about the weather. Instagram is full of indications of time spent outside. It’s glorious. Not much more to be said, so here are some shots I took on my walk-about.
Huntsman Tavern patio open
seeing faces while chasing shadows
about to explore a new neighbourhood… feeling pretty safe after seeing this guy…
how CUTE is this neighbourhood!?
one arty shot because SKY
lured up the stairs by this guy…
who gets cuter and cuter
and welcomes some pats!
Bursts of colour hide everywhere.
This house front and the shadows cast on it is GORGEOUS .
The intersection of this cute little cottage like hood
maybe because they couldn’t spell “didn’t”?
Clinton Place… which reminds me of Montreal. I asked a guy who was taking out some trash if he loved living there and he excitedly said yes… close to everything but feels like another world.
