I’m sorry TTC, but it’s true. You suck. The rest of this city knew the storm was coming. We all prepared. We took out our snow boots and our ice-melters and made sure we knew where our shovels were. We gave ourselves extra time to get to work.
And then you. You just carried on like nothing had changed except you apologized for delays in service. When there’s a storm that makes the roads dangerous, more people will take your pitiful service. Get ready for it. Put more trains on the track, or put some extra service staff in the ridiculously busy stations to do crowd control. People are going to get hurt in that over-crowding.
I want to believe you’re the better way, but time and time again, you show me that that is a lie.
