I kind of love this and definitely think I could handle living in something of this size!!
Granted, it would be nice to be able to park it somewhere in a co-op where there were big spaces set up for entertaining. I wonder if trailer-parks would be more or less enjoyable if they functioned like a dorm/co-op? Everyone would have their own mini-kitchen and sleeping space and store their clothes and stuff, but there could be a big common space for large family-style meals, group hangouts, etc.

i’ve always wanted to live in something like this, ever since i stayed in a house-truck! the fact that it’s bike powered…swoon.
